Hi,
I am able to sign in on my iPhone, but my iPad says the password or username is incorrect. I would like to have my lists on both devices. Please help.

Hi, I'm really sorry that you have a problem with signing into your account.
If you register by Facebook or Google, you have to use the same method to sign in. so please check if you use one of this methods.
If you create your account using standard registration, but you still have a problem with login into it, please reset your password. Please do this using our website app.listonic.com. While setting new password use only capital and small letter and numbers. Avoid any special characters.
If this doesn't help contact us at support@listonic.com. We will look into it and find another way to set up a new password for you.
