I have tried several times to reset my password. I get the email with the link but every single times the reset fails while entering the new password:
'Unfortunately password change did not succeed, please try again'.
To check what is happaning you have to contact us using "send feedback" option in the app. Thanks to this we will get information about your phone and account that is necessary to investigate this problem. If you bought premium using Google Play, we also need your order ID which you will find on https://payments.google.com/
When we receive this information, we will be able to solve the problem.
My Listonics has been working well now for quite sometime. I have not had any problems with it until today. I really love the app. It has been perfect for me and my husband. I woke up today and all of my list names have a set of numbers after them. It makes it harder for me to find my lists, since they all kind of look alike. If I open the last it appears correctly at the top. If I try to rename it, it appears correctly and if I delete the name and retype it out once again la numbers after the name. Restarting my phone did not fix it. I have a Samsung galaxy 5. Any suggestions?

Sorry for your troubles. Please update the app and everything will be ok, the hotfix was implemented very soon after the bug occurred.
Have do I change the default active Alexa list that this skill comes with? I have tried renaming it, when I go back to the app my list is there with a second list called Alexa list. I have also tried deleting it and just using my customised one, but it came back. Any suggestions?
I can't log in. It says that "no connection to the server". my internet is ok. Tried restart my phone many times and install this program again but it's nor working. Help please. ☺️
I've tried taping on their name icon and it would come up with delete friend.
I pushed the delete button but nothing happened. Is there something else I can try?
I love how smooth the synchronization works. Just 2 minor things would make the experience even better.
•Indicator that someone is changing the list
If someone is typing or searching an item in a shared list, and if someone from the other end has the list open let them see a small indicator that someone is editing the list at this time.
•Item questions
It happens a lot that you just add something but forget to specify the quantity. It would be helpful if in a shared list you could maybe hold or slide an item and attach a question to it. And as you do the other ends should recieve a notification, and when browsing the list a small indicator or a question mark next to the very item and when answered or deleted, the asking end should get a notification (if enabled) and in the list maybe exclamation mark or something which would indicate an answered question.
This feature indeed would be useful, but it's important to make it seamless so it won't get in the way in a normal use.
I paid 15.00 to remove ads forever they are still there.

I want to be able to create a shopping list on the desktop and phone. But, I can only edit items on the phone and not on the desktop. Am I missing something somewhere?

First of all, make sure that you use the right account. In most cases, this kind of problems are caused by signing into the wrong account ;)
If you are certain that you use a correct account and you still don't see your lists, please contact us using a "send feedback" option in the app. This way we get information about your phone and app that we need to check what is happaning. In your email add information about the account you are using (it's login/or email).
