My husband originally shared a Groceries list with me. I had to reset my phone and after I logged back into Listonic, his item additions aren't showing up in my list. ???
This app is useless unless I have the ability to edit the category names and add my own. Being forced to use pre-made categories makes shopping very inefficient. How can you assume that every supermarket puts items together? Spices and condiments in my store are located half a store apart. I want to organize my categories by physical locations so I don't have to scroll up and down the list searching for items wherever I go. I want all my items grouped together by location.
I start at one end of the market and work down the isles. I want my items in order on my app. DOesn't this make sense?
I have tried several times to reset my password. I get the email with the link but every single times the reset fails while entering the new password:
'Unfortunately password change did not succeed, please try again'.

First of all, make sure that you use the right account. In most cases, this kind of problems are caused by signing into the wrong account ;)
If you are certain that you use a correct account and you still don't see your lists, please contact us using a "send feedback" option in the app. This way we get information about your phone and app that we need to check what is happaning. In your email add information about the account you are using (it's login/or email).
Just paid for the $15 premium. It's not working. Can you please refund and I will try it again?

I'm not able to see my lists and I'm not offline. Everything else online works just fine on my Android.

I'm running Android 4.4.4, on my motorola droid phone and the app stopped running. I just get a blank white screen. I have uninstalled the app, and reinstored from the Google play store. After I accept the privacy screen it gives an error and says to try later, but it keeps giving the error. If I skip this step and run it it goes right to the blank white screen. Any suggestions?

But I made a mistake and ended up hitting save when all were marked yes. How can I go back and fix it? I don't want data of my purchases collected and I don't need personalised ads.
