I'm trying to login after resetting my phone. When I enter my email & password, there's no button for login, only Create Account. If I login via FB my lists aren't there. Help!!
I have tried several times to reset my password. I get the email with the link but every single times the reset fails while entering the new password:
'Unfortunately password change did not succeed, please try again'.

to check what is happening please contact us using "send feedback" option in the app. In your message send as your email/login and your order ID. We need this information to be able to check what is happening and why you still seeing the ads.

Can you help[ please? I am having a real problem logging in to my new account. I set the programme up yesterday using my google mail account but using the same information I cannot get into the account on my mobile. I am using correct information to log in but it doesn't seem to recognize it

There is a bug in our notification system that causing this symbol to pop up on Listonic icon. We are solving this so it will never happen again.
In the meantime, the easiest way to get rid of this icon is to reinstall the app.
